Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Due to severe ear pain, cheek and back neck near ear is paining lot. Please tell a suggestion what's the problem is and how to cure it

After both of ear operation many types of problem created in the ear like more buzzing sound in the ear,pin up in the ear,problem created in speaking,problem happening during sleeping due to sansanahat or buzzing sound in the ear

Im a 17 year old female,ive recently just noticed that my lymph node behind my ear is swollen its the size of a pea,it doesnt hurt when i press on but the left side of my jaw hurts a little bit,i havent had a sore throat/cold for a while the last time i had one was about 3-4 weeks ago,im just really worried incase it could be something bad?

I have a painful sensetion at the back 3rd portion of the tongue. It is only at the left side, it is not painful rather eatchy. I have it for about 2 months

I have been suffering from this problem since a month, all of sudden I will start getting sneezing,running nose, eye itching, nasal irritation. There is no fever or headache during this situation. I will take steam and some hot water , it will give a little relief but that doesn't cure completely. After few hours/morning time/m it will start again.
