Random increase in TSH
I experience lump like sensation in my throats and usually have a very dry throat. Whenever I eat or drink something watery mucus backflows into my mouth. I got my TSH test done last month and it came out 3.5 which is normal. Today I got the same test done but it came out to be 5. Is this random increase in level in less than a month normal???

TSH levels should be correlated with symptoms and levels of T3 and T4. Please see a doctor who will examine your neck and throat. A slight increase in TSH can be normal.
