Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a severe earache for two days now I can't sleep when I moved my mouth or anything it hurts

I've been suffering with throat infection. After testing my blood I came to know that my igE level is high it's 1475. Now please tell me how can I get rid of this? And what is the bad effect of increasing igE?

My food pipe is having contractions since a long time. As if something is stuck in it. I am having a panic attack

I had a ctscan which shows I m having acute sinus.my right hand side is paining .As per doc. Thick cough is accumulated between forehead and nose on right side...I am not at all in a condition to go for a surgery.i am taking steam on daily basis ..Which gives me relief ..But cough is not coming out..I am taking medicines as well...Pls suggest me some.home remedies ..

Consumed alcohol and cigarettes  day before yesterday. Feeling numbness and burning sensation behind ears and in neck portion. Feel sleepy. Had peanuts and tomato chips with drink. Feel dizzy all day. Just wanted to confirm is that a serious issue? Is this common after drinking? Have you ever heard about like this? Plz revert back it's important.

Age-72 Mouth ulcer -taken Fungal medicines like Clogen lozence for last 3 months and weekly fungal medicine.. no respite. Shown to the dentist but no problem there. Ulcers are on the tongue. Taken Vitamin B medicines.Clears and again recurs after few days. Have some digestion problem..feel like going toilet for clearing the bowels. Please help
