White stone like bump on mouth floor
I have seen small white bump like stone under my tongue on floor of my mouth also my neck gets swell up from left side when I eat something choclaty or which makes my mouth watery

You seem to have condition known as submandibular gland sialolithiasis. It means there is stone formation in the duct of sub Mandibular salivary gland which is obstructing flown of saliva leading to swelling in the gland. This condition needs to be treated. If stone is accessible then it can be removed directly by small procedure. Or you may need to undergo procedure known as sialendoscopy and removal of stone.
