Bumps at the back of throat

Asked for Female, 18 Years

A while ago, I had a sore throat that caused red and white bumps at the back of my throat where my tonsils used to be (which I had removed in 2011). The sore throat is gone, but the bumps are still there. What can I do to get rid of them?

You seem to be suffering from granular pharyngitis which usually occurs secondary chronic irritation of the pharynx such as reflux laryngopharyngitis, post nasal discharge, recurrent pharyngitis etc. If you do not have any symptoms then you need not worry about it
