Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear hurts from past 3 days. and hard to hear low voices. I ve taken medicine for last two days but there's not much improvement in the ear.

Acute pain in both of my ear started yesterday morning....it is increasing... please suggest to me...

I'm having throat infection if take antibiotics it will decrease again one month it will come every month I'm suffering from this problem I need permanant solution

Swelling and pain in right ear observed after I tried to clear the was using clearwax solution and ear buds

All time nose flow or chiikee aana like infection or any thing or my neck swelling i dont know why nose flow one s in a day for 2 to hr or that time i feel like m so tired or headach also it is a very old problem i cant explane my situation in words so doctor please suggest me what to do or how to control this problem .or my neck is swelling or fat

As mentioned I am having pain in my nose and I feel that something inside like heat boils. It is very painful

Ear wax bolckage. Very low hearing from right ear. Used ear bud yesterday ,I think that caused problem.

Two days ago I woke up with a sore throat. A day later it aggravated to throat pain on one side mostly felt while swallowing.

I get dizziness when i stand up after sitting on the floor .I have ear pain also.please advice what to do for complete cure of this problem
