Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sever throat infection because I drank water outside. This is not the first time it's happening. Everytime I drink water outside or if the water is not boiled I get soar throat. I am currently having fever I have taken dolo 650 and I am gargling in Betadine gargle. Is it OK. Is there other medication I can take. Usually it takes 4 to 5 days for it to go. It's already 2 days but it hurts I want to take this tablet called Augmentine. Is it OK to take that.

Since today I has pain in left ear than it spread to right ear. It is feel like the left ear is block. Right ear is now feel soon block

Have been experencing it for the past few months dry scaly flakes near the ear hope...no pain itchy at times seen more in left ear as compared to right

When AC is on or when i enter a room with AC, my ears tingle and in few minutes i get headache. The headache will not go easily and will continue to stay for whole day and i feel tired and dizzy.
