Running nose and sneezing all Day
Hi doc, as i am 35 yr male from mumbai, i am now frustrated due to allergy over my nose, i m sneezing continuesly with running nose. mainly its happens when i ate curd,butter milk, cold drink, less sleep,.. I avoided n stopped all,smoking too, Then also its happening twice n more in week. Sme tym it goes severe & i got cramps in chest.

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition. Physical exercises can be of some benefit. With treatment you should be alright
