Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had cough and runny nose 1 month ago as i caught a cold.But since that although the cold had subsided the cough is there along and also slight pain in the ear lower part whenevr i sip something cold like water or ice cream.

Sir I have sinus problem from adulthood. I have got check up and operation from PGI, Lko but no relief. So tell some measures..

My wife observed a small pea size lump below her left ear few months backs. Some of the symptoms are 1. It feels that something is stretching towards that lump. 2. Some time pain (minor) when there is infection in mouth. 3. Itching toward lump 4. Frequent change in size. 5. Pain in jaws. Pls advice me whom to consult for these kind of symptoms.

Sir last 2 hours left eye is very painful and hitching, it's trun to red color pz send needful message

I have been noticing problem in throat when I swallow something I feel trouble. Some days back I eaten fish spine it was stocked in my throat after that I am facing the same problem. Pls suggest

For th last one month there is constant ringing sound in my right ear. I cant hear it only when masked by another sound. Is there a cure for this?
