There is a lot of pain in the throat and can see 2 white spots near the tonsils..couldn't even swallow saliva and a lot of pain is experienced while consuming any kind of food or water..there is high fever also due to it and constant headache.

It is most likely  Tonsillitis. Please see an ENT specialist who will check and advise you proper treatment including antibiotics.
