Swelling on right side neck
My right side of neck gets swell about 5 month... And previous 1month regular coughing problem And i go for ultra sound according to doctor opinion In this report-- Right side necrotic lymphnode noted at level 4 MEANING 2.01*1.24c.m And All things are normal.. A/c to report Sir please tell me what can i do... It's risky for me or not????

Long standing necrotic cervical lymphadenitis which is significant in size with chronic cough can be due to tuberculosis. You need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology of the lymph node along with chest x ray. You should undergo all the tests as early as possible
