Care AI Shimmer
Long standing necrotic cervical lymphadenitis which is significant in size with chronic cough can be due to tuberculosis. You need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology of the lymph node along with chest x ray. You should undergo all the tests as early as possible
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist or pulmonologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
