Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having to much cold  seasonally like winter, rainy due to this I am getting headache and throat pain.

I cant speak flawlessly and no clarity in my speech. is it possible to reduce bulkness of tounge? some starting problem in speech.

I wanted to get an endoscopy due to severe sore throatand keratosis in my throat, the endoscopy is tomorrow but i have taken cetrizine and paracetamol today. So is it ok to still get an endoscopy done tomorrow?

For Last 1 year suffering from severe cough allergy evn I vomit phlegm due to constant cough n I am using miontair, RomiLast anti Llergic tab on regular basis bt no relief. Do suggest something good

When I swallow my throat hurts a lot. I don't know if its a GERD problem or my tonsils is inflamed. Please help me out

I've had ETD for 2 months now as well as congestion and post nasal drip. I'm dizzy/lightheaded constantly to the point I can barely stand up. Is it okay to take Mucinex Sinus Max in liquid form to relieve my congestion? Will it help with my ETD? Also, is it okay to take that with Prozac as I am currently taking that for anxiety and panic disorder.

My Son is 5 Years old have nosebleed quite often specially in this weather. We went to ENT specialist, with the help of camera he showed us a small wound in the nose, he gave us neosporin and Solspre Nasal Spray to use for few days and it subside.. Today again he has nose bleed
