Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi From last few days i m having pain like pinching inside ryt side of my throat and pain in ear also...sometimes pain in ryt arms...and most of the times pain in ryt side of chest...kindly advice me proper treatment

From few days i am unable to ear properly. I wil listen when peope talk bit loudly. I am aged about 53. Please guid me.

I have TSH 7.8. Whereas t3 and t5 are in normal range.Do I need to go on a medication? I had problem of thyroid 6 years ago and used to take 12.5 mcg medicine but after 2 years of continuous medication it got in normal rage and with doctor's advice I stopped my medicines.

I experience lump like sensation in my throats and usually have a very dry throat. Whenever I eat or drink something watery mucus backflows into my mouth. I got my TSH test done last month and it came out 3.5 which is normal. Today I got the same test done but it came out to be 5. Is this random increase in level in less than a month normal???

Nose is always closed, it seems like headaches and heaviness in the chest and there is trouble in breathing.

Hi Doctor, I am 29 Yrs male. I am having muscle clot in my tongue for 5 Yrs and it has become bigger in last 2 Yrs. I consulted with 2 doctors and identified it as "Hemangioma". One of the doctor is suggesting "Laser Treatment" and another one is suggesting "Surgery". Could you please tell which I should choose. Thanks

I am having heavy snoring . waking up nearly 5-6 times to urinate in day time sleepiness always feeling lethargic

Its not paining..... Only when i eat somthing spicy then it gets swelling for few minute after that it becomes the same as it was before eating

After 2 to 3 days of etching in and out side of ear, I suffer 8 hours of sore throat and than pain in throat started
