Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My dad 74 yr old. Recently (week back)cataract done. I see mild swelling on face and when I press no pain as well.

From a week ago my ear got closed I seems some water drops persist at the time of bathing and I thought there is a wax inside my ear and uses a ear drop waxokem but not got a relief please advice
