Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello i am facing nose blockage problem, as i recently did my nose operation as deviated septum was the cause, but again i am facing nose blockage problem and i used to get pain above my eyes (sinus), mostly nose get blocked, sometimes i face breathing problem , is this is nose problem or respiratory problem can u suggest me and guide me what to do

I am taking amocicilin table last 22 days.however it can produce ear ringing.my right ear ringing last 10 days.
