Holes and small cuts in Throat upperpart

Its from maybe a year there is cuts and holes in throat or maybe we can say solf palate any many time food particle stucks there and starts throat pain and itching Plz help Me how it happened and can it be cure?

As per your description..you may have cleft palate... should be confirmed by physical examination...if it is so surgery should be done to close it... visit an ENT specialist or plastic surgeon for it...
