Suffering from cold
My son is 3 and a half month old he is on breast milk n formula milk he is suffering from bad cold.. His nose is blocked n running nose.. Please suggest what to do

Your child seems to be suffering from acute rhinitis which is a common nose infection in children. Usually it is a self resolving condition and not much treatment is required. If symptoms are severe then anti cold syrup needs to be used
