Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have small bump on soft palate , it's small bump some time it's disappeared and it's again back , what is reson behind it

Like I've swallowed a fish bone and it's stuck in there except it feels dull. No other symptoms along with that however and only popped up suddenly. Could it be roundworms?

Yesterday mid night by 2:00am insect entered into my ear i got pain. so wake up clean the ear with ear buds still feels flying insect. so clean with water still have same problem. as per the suggestions in internet i followed i poured vegetable oil inside the ear. i waited for few minutes i feel so how okey...

Today when my mom got up she had dizziness and noticed right sided hearing loss she vomited one time. When we consulted an ent he recommended audiometry and noticed that complete hearing loss in right ear...he told us nothing can be done and it is sudden nerve deafness some kinda viral attack...please tell guide me as how there can be no solution.
