  4. Have a problem in my nose. Me with this?

Have a problem in my nose
I have developed kind of wounds in my nose it seems. That is very painful and it's dry. I'm getting too much scabs which are dry and painful. I clean them but the new ones develop in no time. Could you please suggest some medicine which can help me with this? Thanks
