I am suffering from tonsil problem due to which i am getting intermittently fever .so kindly prescribe me any medicine for this

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis for a long time. I have the attacks suddenly & it is painful. Running nose to nose block, continuous sneezing, headache & body pain. I sometimes take anti allergy medicines & then fell asleep. When I wake up these things get stopped but I feel like going through a hangover as my head as well as body feel so heavy & after sleeping for 7-8 hours almost like a senseless human being I still feel sleepy. But this never give any permanent solution coz this cycle gets repeated. What should I do? Is there any solution from this?? I am an Engineer & working so this situation troubles me a lot from my school & college days. Any exercise or homemade solution?? Any medicine??? I need help.

I am feeling pain in my right ear from last two days and some feeling of clot in down side at back of the ear. I took a painkiller "combiflame" yesterday in the morning and in the night time. It gave me the temporary relief from the pain. Today in the morning I was again suffering from the pain. Then I took one more tab combiflame. Please suggest.
