Ige 200+iu/ml, dry cough.
My ige level was 200 iu/ml as i was getting recurring dry cough after every 48-60 hours, my gp prescribed inhaler, bt i consult wth an ent and he prescribed me septiline, detromethorphan hydrobromide and chloropheniramine meleate syrup, recharje plus capsule and i am quite okay now. i hv dyshidrotic too.i have no breathing prob,why ige is elevated?

IgE is a immunoglobulin which gets elevated in any allergic condition. If your symptoms reccur and occurring from very long time then you may be suffering from allergic airway disorder. If your symptoms were a one time event then no further treatment is required and IgE is not a very specific tests to diagnose any specific disease
