High igE level in blood

I've been suffering with throat infection. After testing my blood I came to know that my igE level is high it's 1475. Now please tell me how can I get rid of this? And what is the bad effect of increasing igE?

IgE levels increase due to allergy. Once allergy is treated its levels will come down. Otherwise it is nothing to worry about. Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
