I have been facing constant headache something happened in my right neck side down to ear swelling is there heaviness in eyes little fever and headache

You might be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with anti cold medicines for few days. Steam inhalation will also help
