Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Throat burning sensation and head ache while speaking over the phone for past 2 months. i wish to consult .

I have had a sore throat since yesterday. it hurts my throat and tongue to swallow and cough. my tonsils are slightly swollen and red, and there are white bumps and sores that are bleeding a bit. i have never had this happen before.

I am not able to eat or drink anything because of pain in throat and because of that a high fever and headche is also there.

I am not able to breathe properly only while sitting and standing. While lying down this problem never comes. From 5 days this is happening. Can u please guide?

Elongated styloid process on right side as per X-ray,felling pain during turning my neck,also there is a feeling of something inside throat,took a while detecting disease, visited different ENT & Ortho Doctors & have taken anti-biotics, pain killers, anti-inflammatory gargles & tablets, what is solution Surgery or physical medicine or something?
