Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Only 1 finger going in mouth , can't able to eat spicy or drink hot milk,etc . Please suggest me what can i do for this this problem . I quit pan masala since 1 month .

Tried swallowing a vitamin D3 capsule. Had the feeling that it was lodged in my throat. have tried drinking water, made myself vomit, also ate food. However the feeling is still there. Hi doctor, my daughter is 7 years old..she got infection near left ear lobe because of ear rings..she is not allowing me to remove the ear rings due to pain. Is here any simple procedure to remove ear rings.

I woke up with throat pain, difficulty​ in swallowing and body pain. By afternoon I got fever 102 deg. Saw a doctor near my office, he prescribed azee 500, dolo 650, and montregress. Took a dolo at 2 in afternoon​, fever subsided. By 7 in the evening, fever shot up to 103 deg. I took another dolo. The throat pain is bad. Can I take another dolo around 12 when I go to sleep. Should I wait until Monday for the symptoms to subside. Pls advise.

From many years, i have this liquid ear wax in my ears. I clean it by an ear bud so it goes but after few days it appears again. So is that natural or is that a problem. Will ear wax cleaning wud be good for it?

My friend has been vomiting blood. This has happen twice . Not much. But seeing blood there was freaky. This happen when We went out drinking and the next day he puked blood (both instances were the same). He currently smokes around 10-12 cigarettes a day and also smokes up 2 joints daily (one in the morning and one at night ) . Is there anything to worry about? Any tests he needs to do ?
