Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In mouth there is white material deposition observed in throat pores which feels inside the neck region inside When tried to contract my throat it comes out through pores in small white pieces and having foul smell

Left Ear seems like blocking and ear wax is also there.. feels like less audible compared to right ear.. pls suggest what to do.. i am unable to find any ENT doctors near me

The first operation of tumor of maxilla  is done in 2011 and biopsy reports showing that it is Chondroblastoma  but it was reoccur  in same position . But now it is recently  operated, and the sample goes for an biopsy and biopsy reports showing that it is Chondroblastic Osteosarcoma . Which i was attched it which is rare type of disease so what is the solution to stop this, so please tell me
