Constant throat problem

Asked for Male, 35 Years

3 months back ENT doctor advised me to have septoplasty for deviated septum. Due to that I have post nasal drip. So I had septoplasty 3months back.but my throat problem still persists.the doctor is saying it can take 6 months to1year.

It is unlikely that deviated septum can cause post nasal Drip. Unless your deviated septum was gross and was causing sinus obstruction it might not have been cause for post nasal discharge. You might be suffering from other issues such as reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related or chronic rhinosinusitis
