It's been around 2 months I left smoking since then I have iritating throat saw a small white point on right tonsils No pain in throat no nods no fever no problem in eating

You might be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain or difficulty in swallowing you need not worry
