Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain in my left ear and it's blocked also from past 2 days. Kindly suggest me some measures to get rid of this problem.

Hi I have been facing roughness in throat since 10 days and its not getting resolved. Not Sure what is causing this, i have nearly no cough and cold. Can you please suggest, No problem in swallowing food and just constant itching in throat

Feeling mild pain outside ear surrounding. Mild Pain is not continuously but it feels mostly. It's mild enough  I can ignore also. Is this indicates some problem beginning or just some infection in ear.

Facing tonsils (maybe burnt by smoking) and mouth ulcers since last 12 days. Had high bp of 175/86 and fever for 2-3 days while i went to himachal with friends. Also feeling dizziness since few days mostly in the morning. Please guide if this is something serious or not? Suggest if there is any test etc

On the back side of my tongue there are some small painless bump from last 8 month.I have visited many doctor but they said its because of vitamin deficiency.So i am taking vitamin from last 5-6 month but i havnt got cured.I have attached a picture of similar like condition of my tongue.So is it harmful or harmless.What is the reason of bump .How to get cured .Kindly advice me some medicine.

My father is 65 yrs & has mouth ulcer from 6 months and now throatpain. Tests done no malignancy. Not getting right advice. who can treat him perfectly? Pls help

Yesterday I was in Huge Traffic Jam ,Smoks comming out from all the vehicle went inside my throte and causing infection it seems.I feel like something stucked inside my thoat.Could you help me on this.
