Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a smell of fuel like every time every where and sometimes have a headache. I don't know what kind of problem is that and how to stop tthat annoying smell

I have a constant sound coming in my ears all the time specially in the noise free area i cant hear it properly

From last one year & half year I couldn't able to smell anything neither good or bad smell, initially I m ignoring it considered perhaps it happened due to cough but it remains as it is so long Is it is serious problem or easily curable?

My wife had undergone surgery for nose in Oct 2016, CT pns. post surgery 6 mnths she was in gud condition , later again problem repeated. she s frequently suffering vth cold, sneezing and continues cough ... I think it's waste of gng for surgery , no use of it, v consulted doc recently , he said she s hvng allergy bronchitis . is dat serious in long term. pls help us in this regard . n help us to get rid of it permanently.
