Whit spot in throat

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I saw this white spot on left tonsil i guess.. is it soemthing to concern. If there is any home remedy to remove it tell me. Also i have slightly sticky saliva in throat, unable to burp properly and feel lumpy in throat even though there is nothing. Slight pressure on left ear. No problm on right side...
