Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Need and ear wash and wax cleaning. How much will the entire procedure cost. I use hearing aids and just need to know how regularly I should be getting my ears cleaned/ washed

I want to clean my ears wax and dust. Left ear having some sound when i heard loud speakers heavy sound. Please suggest any home remedy(Like Hydrogen peroxide)

I feel some pain and something stuck in my throat due to which I have headache, ear pain. I have consult with Dr Savaysachi they said every thing is fine my throat pipe is too thin due to which whatever I eat it stuck in my throat so I need to do exercise but I feel there is some other problem Dr don't diagnose me properly.. My brother is not having any alergy from dust or so.but very oftenly he suffers excessive sneezing . Due to this only he catches a bit cold nd running nose.And then within 3-4hours he feels better without taking any medicine or precaution. He is hving this problem since many years nd we consulted many doctors but could not get any permanent solution for this. Any help or clue about the problem appreciated. Thanks

I have been experiencing severe ear pain I'm my right ear for the past 3 days. I have been taking only pain killers to reduce the pain. Working in office where the ac is above my workplace.

I breathe through both nostrils, but one at a time. When I lie down my nostrils switch to which ever one faces upward the closest. I also can only blow my nose through both nostrils, yet it depends on which one is "open."
