I am having cold for the last 2 weeks. it isnt getting recovered. Also Due to cold forming in throat i need to spit it out regularly via mouth .

Cold for long duration need to be evaluated as there is any sinus infection..do steam inhalation.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
