Because of nose piercing now i am facing with swelling around it outside. I want to know what can be done to heal it. Or shall i remove my nose ring and put tulsi stem for some while?

STICKYwater is coming out from left ear.
Water is coming out from ear.there is also excessive itching around.when i put cotton so that it does not come out. it get soaked with water in a hour.doctor says there is hole in eardrum.
