White spots in throat

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have throat infection (white spots ) for 20 days I consulted Dr. who dvised vegapod cv tab ,LCZ , and rantac tab.I took these for 10 days .got some relief but a the white spot was still there .then he changed medicine and given 5 injection of micacin{ 1 per day }, cefolac az tablet , cetrizine , and other tab . But the one white spot is stil exis
