Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Mom is a stage 4 cancer patient and undergoing target treatment. She has bad sore throat. Given betaine gargle but no use.

Sir, i have a problem of cough and cold till 7 day. I also have a problem of sinus , i think cold  is due to this problem.I belong to poor  family,so i cant  afford costly  treatment. So kindly suggest me a good doctor for those problem.

Having pain in the neck since last 3 years and having thyroid also. Thinking to go for MRI to understand the problem at one go
