Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing blood in mucus in the morning since 2 days, I am having cough and cold these days, what could be the reason for blood spit, I am a smoker, I had travelled at altitudes last week. Can cold and flu be the reason? I am too afraid to go to doctor and take tests, pls advise

I have developed kind of wounds in my nose it seems. That is very painful and it's dry. I'm getting too much scabs which are dry and painful. I clean them but the new ones develop in no time. Could you please suggest some medicine which can help me with this? Thanks

I have polyp in vocal cord(right). Did laparoscopy 2 weeks back. Then, I felt something stuck in my throat. Now, I don't feel that anymore. However, I still have this dryness in my throat. Doc suggested MLS however I wanted to wait if the polyp goes away by itself. Does polyp caused dryness?? I don't have any have any other symptoms. I'm Worried

I feel like my ears are blocked and when ever i swallow it make some sound inside my ear. i even had a checkup with ENT he prescribed me with medicines and regular steam process. but even after that i am not feeling any relief. i even get wax check up every thing is fine but even after taking medicines i am not feeling any relief.
