Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There has been ear pain and headache and swallon And cannot able to ear properly ..........................................................

Sir due to an injury on the nose in childhood went up nasal bone. Breathing is difficult. Sometimes one has to breathe through the mouth. Fragrance on breathing and shows no difference in odor. Repeatedly gets cold. Nasal bone increased or nasal has polyps that not even know. Recommend a solution to this problem.

I'm 4month pregrent from past 2 days fever and sever cold nd throat pain so my doctor gave texim o 200mg nd citrizine nd crocion 500mg so is it safe to take these tablets plz suggest
