Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi i have a problem with my lips which is black I drink enough water but still its rough and black. There are small bumps from50-100 ob my lips which makes the skin rough. Also the color of my lips looks so bad. It remains puffed and swelled

Feeling different pressure in my left ear than right ear, but no pain from 03 days. I tried cleaning my ear for any water inside ear with ear swab, but no use

Ears are blocked, echoing of sound is observed along with pain in ear and a slight headache in the morning.

I have hypothyroidism. Should i go to an endocrior e and t. My tsh was 7. The doc was a general physician as it turned up in my annual health check. Since all my other tests were normal, she did not give me any medication and asked me to exercise and come back after 6 months. Ill be completing 6 months in September so whom should i go to ent or endo? There are very few endocrinologists in my area.

For a month, right side and base of throat have been hurting with pain in my ear on the same side. Before all happened I had a week of bad heartburn. I've been prescribed with antibiotics such as azythromycin and another one to treat bronchitis and a uppper respiratory infection however these problems still persist. now on protonix.
