Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been coughing for 1 week now and taken Sinecod twice a day and how do I cough out the phlegm from my through, so I ca sleep in the night. What cough liquid can I take, I don't like tablets. I don't have tonsils and I have sinusitis.

Running nose and sneezing problem since 2 yrs. Have consulted many doctors but no result. Wanted to know if any treatment is there which require no tablets.

I had my septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction surgery 2 weeks ago. My nose is becoming dry and painful when I inhale. Also my nose vibrates when I breathe heavily. Will these problems reduce in few days?

Dear Sir I quit guthka since 2.5 yrs, use tobacco often, smoke often, since from few days I realized that white patches with a small black spot developed on my left cheek. There is no problem till now but from last two days I m having a little burning sensation in my throat and some time on the left side of my cheek under my ear. I got scared Sir. Please help me.

Basically what i am facing is that after 15 to 20 min i feel irritation in listening... Then have to remove my ear phones and can't able to continue... What i was saying in my previous query is that how i can remove smudge so that i can work. And sometimes my ear get pain when i put my earphones for some long time... Please get me rid out of it.
