Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Pain started in right ear 2 weeks before, but not continuously, there is constant pain since last 2 - 3 days. Buzzing sound is there in both ears since last one day along with severe pain in left ear.

Hi since last two month feeling dry irritation and rough throat...there is no cough discharge but when I intentionally apply force some whitish sticky cough comes out... At times I get this non stop coughing like something is stuck in throat whenever I eat chock latest or biscuits... Any change in oil also impacts my throat. It irritates continously clearing my throat whenever I am sitting in office or communicating between work and home... I continously feel urge of clearing my throat and have visited my family physician who suggested this as allergy to certain regular intake I have in my diet... Not able to identify and living with this rough throat since 2 month. Can any specialist suggest me something to help me with. I stay in Mulund West.

My dad had a few problems recently. Firstly he had numbness on one side of face and had difficulty while speaking or closing one eyelid. So he is taking physiotherapy for the same from the last one month and some good progress has been seen in the same. He was asked to take some hot food and protein rich diet and is having mutton soup for the same everyday. But this has resulted in an increase in his uric acid level. Also he recently had a test done for the throat and nose and got a few problems in the report as follows: - Mild mucosal thickening is seen in left maxillary and right ethmoid sinuses polypoidal at places. - Minimal mucosal is seen in right maxillary sinus. - Slight 'S' shaped deviated nasal septum with major convexity towards right side is seen. - Mucosal congestion is noted in right middle and inferior turbines. - Bilateral sphenoid sinuses and mastoids are over pneumatized with pneumatization of bilateral petrous apices. - Few tonsiloliths are seen on left sid
