Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Some days ago water went into my ear. After that I removed water by ear bud. But now I am feeling blockage in my ear and feeling something in my ear. I have purchased a ordinary ear drop from medical store and used it. Yet problem not solved. No pain in my ear only feeling irritation due to  blockage of ear canal. I want to what is happening with me? And what is solution? Note: Because of my lack of knowledge I may be used wrong terms. But kindly understand my mode of expression. Thanks.

I've been having hoarseness of voice, swallowing in throat with breathing problem. Cyst on right vocal fold since 2012, I'm scared of surgery. My hoarseness still not cured and now facing problem of itching in throat, cough and problem in swallowing.
