Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel difficulty in breathing specially at night & Nose feel hevay and stuffy . During day time,issue is less prominent but still I feel that breath is not full and urgent to deep breath

I have been facing a prob of throat since frm 2 week in between i was feeling better for 4-5days but after eating cold thing this prob is occurring again.throat is paining n difficult to swallow doctor had given medicine after that the prob was solved but now im facing the prob again n my doctor told me to consult a ent special ist so pls help

Sir i have left submandibular lymphnodes. After getting diagnosed it came out as kimura disease. It is a rare disease. Only steroidal treatment are there and that is also temporary , lymphnodes reoccur after stopping steroids. And surgeries are mostly not successful on it. It looks bad on face. So what should i do now.
