Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was having a continuous dry cough & Fever .consulted a doctor he told a take a ct scan and informed you have tonsil.Ct scan revealed 1.deviated nasal septum to left with bony Nasal spur ,impinging on left inferior turbinate and left sided turbinate hypertrophy 2.Diffuse rhinosinusitis.can any one explain what this.please

I have been having frequent cold and cough along with Wheezing. Doctors have named it as acute Bronchitis. I have consulted several doctors but all treatments are temporary. i am also taking Inhalers 4 - 5 everyday. Feeling very tired and low.

Pain while talking Something irritating in throat Pain in sides of neck discomfort in neck Filling fever

Had little pain in right side neck had done ultrasound for neck. In report it shows me Impression: No significant abnormalities detected. And I have doubt that in my report i see "Few subcentimeter bilateral level 2 with preserved fatty hilum. Right side node measures 7mm in short axis and left side node measures 6mm in short axis" Is this ok?

Sir /madam I have one side ear pain right I don't know how it cames sir / madam plz what I can do how it happen to me how I can cure what precautions must be taken to cure the pain till last night I having this pain it is very illumsly please help me giving any tips about this ear pain and what will be an main reason to this to cause for me.Thank u

I am coughing badly since 2 days, especially when I talk. Little cough also there. Taking azithromycin and levocetrizine since 2 days as well. Not much relief. Please suggest.

I have ear problem since 2015 but due to unsincerity i hadnot have appointments My ear filled with wax even after cleaning it & a liquid type fluid comes out Once in a appointments a dr. Said u have clostromata or something like that word she(Dr.) uses. But I take medicine Now I have same problem liquid fluids came out usually & some pain is also in my right ear & makes chewing difficult for me. Suggest me some ways to get rid of thar disease

I am told that I'm suffering from granular phrayngitis when I consulted an ENT specialist. But after taking his medication for 3-4 months I'm not feeling relieved at all and the is feeling of something is there in my throat is still there. I'm on some medication which lowers acidity and all. It has been 4 months now so plz guide me in treatment.
