Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir yesterday at the time of playing football someone elbow hit to my left ear, for that i am hearing ocean breeze type sound.

I hav a likely reactive lymphnodea on both side of neck i hav a thyroid nodule which is v small i am scared when ever i google i see different things abt likely reactive nodule m scared
