Unable to talk freely

Asked for Male, 65 Years

I am unable to talk freely since I get a little breathlessness (is called in ubbasa in kannada) while talking. This is causing me a lot of concern. Please advise. My lungs x-ray and spirometry reports are normal.

Ok was breathlessness sudden onset, only breathlessness or there is any difficulty in swallowing also do u have change voice also.Are u a smokers If yes than go for video laryngoscopy
