Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Left nasal congestion, very difficult to breathe. Feels suffocated and restless due to this. In night it becomes more difficult to breath which results into improper sleep. Using Nasomist and other nasal spray but not of much help. Please advise, thanks

My nose is completely blocked and throat pains alot. I also have mild headache. I am spitting lot of coughs which dark green in colour

I am having pain behind my ear in the middle adjoining my head. I also feel a pressure inside my ear like slight hottness

So this is happening mostly at night since 2-3 days , that when I swallow I feel pain and lumpish deep in my throat near area where neck ends on left side. Also this doesn't happen during the day , I felt it significantly during the night. Also it's not the sore throat kind of pain or dryness. I had swallowed a very small fishbone and I do remember it scratch my throat, so I am guessing that is the reason. But then it does not pain during the day .

I am unable to breath properly it feals lungs are not expanding properly to fill in enough air so i have to take constant big and long breadth...even wile eating or drinking water i am feeling breadth less

I have been experiencing heavy breathing, shortness of breath and snoring since many years. I don't know what's wrong. All doctors say different things. What to do?

Hi,im 49 years old and have this white pimple kind of thing on my tongue(left side) since quite sometime.(more than two months) . Its not causing me any symptoms or any discomfort.I also have not noticed any increase in size or any other changes.I dont drink,smoke or use tobacco.Hoping to know what it is and remedies for it.Attatching a picture of the same(spot is circled in blue in the picture attached).Is it anything to worry?Would wish to also know what exactly is it.I read on google that it could be tongue cancer hence im a bit worried.Hoping to find some answers.Dont have any symptoms such as burning,pain etc.I also had gingivitis in the past 2 months which has been controlled by the use of chlorhexidine mouth wash and dental cleaning.I have never used tobacco or smoked.Just wanted to know if its anything serious .Also could you suggest ways to get rid of it. Sometimes i do feel a little pain or sensation but it's very very minor almost unnoticeable.Is it tongue cancer?

I am having a severe acidity problem ws on medication for acidity. but the acidity comes again and again. Now the pain while swallowing is reduced but I am feeling a lump or something in left throat. I try to burp n remove it. So burping is increase. and the ear pain is increased in left side. Getting very uneasy. I am a smoker as well. Please help.

I have cold allergy since 2-3years.it starts with morning. sneezing, running nose and sometimes headache.how it will cure?

I am suffering from numbness in  ears and having white tongue with red dots on it for the last 30-35 days...It comes and go again and again...how it can be treated.
