Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor, There is a dana under neath my tounge from last two months and it's quite normal and no pain. Please suggest

I had a really cold beverage and I'm experiencing ear ache in one of my ears and a Sore throat.The pain is really bad at night but it gets better as the day goes on.

I am having my left one of the lower(palate tonsils) tonsil slightly bigger then other. It also has white spots over it and nearby as well it has white spots. . It's been 3 weeks it isn't growing sometime it has pain. And also ear. But there is no pain while swallowing. No swelling on neck. But i feel something stuck in my left side of the throat. While sleeping or looking down for long time it pains. I have to burp to try and remove it. But I do feel something inside. But again no swelling or any signs of it outside the throat or even while swallowing. I was having acid reflux for 3 months. It's cleared now. I am a smoker. Can it b cancer please help. Water flow from right eye of 3.5 month old kid from last 2-3 days. He rubs his eyes most of the time. He is not under any medication. We visited doctor last week for normal check and every thing was good

My nose is filled with sticky mucous which is causing me nasal congestion. I am not suffering from cold or running nose conditions. The mucous is really sticky and does not come out as easily compared to the running nose condition. Due to the mucous I m finding trouble to breathe properly. Please help me
