Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi,im 49 years old and have this white pimple kind of thing on my tongue(left side) since quite sometime.(more than two months) . Its not causing me any symptoms or any discomfort.I also have not noticed any increase in size or any other changes.I dont drink,smoke or use tobacco.Hoping to know what it is and remedies for it.Attatching a picture of the same(spot is circled in blue in the picture attached).Is it anything to worry?Would wish to also know what exactly is it.I read on google that it could be tongue cancer hence im a bit worried.Hoping to find some answers.Dont have any symptoms such as burning,pain etc.I also had gingivitis in the past 2 months which has been controlled by the use of chlorhexidine mouth wash and dental cleaning.I have never used tobacco or smoked.Just wanted to know if its anything serious .Also could you suggest ways to get rid of it. Severe pain in throat. Unable to swallow & it aches while eating or drinking or even while swolling saliva.

I have tried many methods to overcome this allergy. I know allergy won't go away that easy, I have done blood tests and stuff doctors said it will go away after some age and time just wait... But I cant bare the pain it is happening every 15 days, one doc said take vitamin b12 tabs like vitagreat (mankind) and flora bc capsule they told me take this meds for 45 days it will go away, I am still afraid that will it go away or not.. please answer
