Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Mucus was there from few days but throat is paining especially when swallowing. Please suggest the best.

My mother is 40 yrs old and haves very mild tinnitus case. We went to a doctor and he gave her tinnex capsule along with ginkoherb-M and khyme-10 she took the medicine at work and experienced severe headache along with nausea, drowsiness, difficulty in concentration and the tinnitus sound also increased after taking the medicine can someone tell me the reason why did it happen so? And are these medicines are wrong??.( She also haves diabetes too so consider that also).

I am having dust allergy frequently cold cough continues sneezing and ear blockage. Nose blo kage especially at night time. If climatic changes. Having deviated nasal. Head full piercing and tingling sensation pins and needles sensation. Pain around both ears. Using wikoryl and ascoril cough syrup. Bedatine gargle nose drops

Yesterday night I while eating dal, I swallowed something that felt hard.  I had ordered this food from hotel. I thought it might be some tomato or something. It felt stuck in throat. I thought it will slowly pass, but I have a feeling it is stuck in my throat. It still feels stuck, it's been about 6 hrs since I had that food.
