Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had a very bad cough n cold i m taking antibiotics fr same..safepodox and sinarest..but i have a mouth ulcer at the very back of my throat on posterior pharyngeal wall..its very painful i m unable to swallow as its paining too much even after two days of strting antibiotic..plz suggest some good pain relief for the ulcer...the pain is very bad and radiating to the ear on same side.

Eardrum has 2 holes Doctor said it can be normal by taking medicines Is it TRUE ?? But I am too much worried I am too much afraid of operations

Hi. Whenever I drink or eat something cold, a small area in right side of my tongue becomes hard. Though it's pain only if I press this area with my teeth. After sometime when temperature of my tongue gets normal this area again becomes soft. I am suffering this from last 1 year. I didn't felt uncomfortable because of this till now. Can anyone tell me reason for this and if I should consult a doctor, then which specialisation doctor should I go?
