Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can you explain this in general English terms?? What is sphenoid sinuses?? What is severe obstructive pft(copd)??

During mouth washing with two fingures in early morning .the air comes from corners of my eyes and around head why.this happens when I put fingures on my tongue and move back and front .a hot flashes are came from eyes .

My wife says she has lost the sense of smell and realised it only now. She often gets a blocked nose and thought this may be the case too. Now, she cannot smell anything. Is this something serious?, what is the course of treatment?

I noticed a hole in the back of my throat where I noticed a white substance as well. Due to which I always feel that something is stuck and feel very uncomfortable. Should I be worried??? Need help.

Suggest the  useful home made treatment for sinus and also the beneficial medicine for the sinus problem?

Hi,im 49 years old and have this white pimple kind of thing on my tongue(left side) since quite sometime.(more than two months) . Its not causing me any symptoms or any discomfort.I also have not noticed any increase in size or any other changes.I dont drink,smoke or use tobacco.Hoping to know what it is and remedies for it.Attatching a picture of the same(spot is circled in blue in the picture attached).Is it anything to worry?Would wish to also know what exactly is it.I read on google that it could be tongue cancer hence im a bit worried.Hoping to find some answers.Dont have any symptoms such as burning,pain etc.I also had gingivitis in the past 2 months which has been controlled by the use of chlorhexidine mouth wash and dental cleaning.I have never used tobacco or smoked.Just wanted to know if its anything serious .Also could you suggest ways to get rid of it. Sometimes i do feel a little pain or sensation but it's very very minor almost unnoticeableDoes it look like tongue cancer?

I have runny nose whenever i eat something spicy or hot or even a little bit spicy too cold or whenever temperature is hot or cold my nose runs a little but if i eat anything spicy a little bit it runns more otherwise it doesn't work out or exercise also a little bit my nose is not straight my left nostril has optimal air supply during inhale process but right nostril doesn't have that so less stuff comes from right than left i  have heard it is because of crooked nose and septoplasty can solve it

I have some sort of itchy feeling on the roof of my mouth. Whenever i swallow my saliva it pains a little and it also pains in my throat. I am having cold, Sneeze and running nose..

My mouth and throat dries up too soon, have to constantly take in fluids to keep it not dry. Causes choking during night sleep due to dryness

I am suffering from acidic reflux for last 2 months. Was having pain while swallowing at different points in throat. Now the pain is gone. But having a asymmetrical palate tonsil on left side and ear pain as well. Also the area near the tonsil having little pain and teeth and gum pain as well when drinking cold water. I am a smoker as well. Please help
