Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat pain. Yesterday, blood came from it in the morning. Since then I am facing the problem of clearing throat due to which my voice become heavy and low. Please advice

After completing the medicine prescribed in attachment , did not have relief, still caughinng. Deep inside nose I feel itching which goes off after caughinng. Moreover swallowing gives me mild pain and sensation of blocking one side of nose adjacent to throat. What should I do next to get rid off from this.

I am having a lump in left side of  throat for more than a month it doesn't pain or increased in size. but sometimes i have pain while swallowing from left sometime mild ear pain as well. I am a heavy smoker. Can it be cancer. please help. I have frequent acidity as well.

My right ear is mildly retracted so i keep getting it checked. I got it checked 5 days back it was good and now when i got it checked it was all red, ballooned, retracted as shown in the pictures. Is it okay and will it heal back ?

I don't have dust allergy or body like getting cold often. But since one month, mucus getting formed in left nose say for every 2-3hrs gap. After clearing it up ,again it is formed which is thick in nature. if I pull from nose it comes like a thread.then feels like clear nose. Why does it last for one month? Is this anything serious?? I have a lump inside my neck/throat. I think lymph node has swollen. It has been passed 5 month I am taking allopathy medicines but there is no improvement in this.

Getting severe cough with lot of flum getting cough continously like ellergy it was getting cleared by using azithromycin but getting back same problem in one or two months i am having acidity problem alsp do both have link up iam having same problem from more than one year

During 2018-19 winters, I had eaten grilled fish a lot. Around once in a week or sometimes even twice. As a result (what I noticed), I remained immuned from basic health issues such as common fever, cold and especially soar throat infection. Just in last two weeks I didn't have fish in my diet and unfortunately I got caught by sore throat and cold. I was wondering if I can get some alternate of fish during summer so that I can keep my health better. I hate sore throat and cold. It almost takes out everything off me. Anything which can help me remain safe from common cold and sore throat. Please note that I have tried foods/fruits which boost immunity such as broccoli, citrus fruits, garlic but they don't give the solution to this problem.
