Sinusitis,Tinnitus, hearing loss,snoring
I have sinusitis problem since 8 years. My present issues are 1. Unable to sleep properly at nights due to nose blockage, many times I get up from sleep at nights due to sudden shortage of oxygen supply intake 2. I also snore heavily while sleeping, my friends always complaint that they can't sleep beside me due to heavy noise made my me while snoring 3. Due to nose nose blockage, I also developed Tinnitus in years and also facing little hearing loss since few weeks which is effecting my personal and professional life,As I have to ask multiple times when I speak to someone Please guide me whether surgery is required for my nose or other medication is sufficient to solve all three problems.

U have to get a ct scan of the nose first to assess the condition. Also get audiology tests done.. pure tone, impedence, OAE, speech reception and discrimination score. For snoring u can do a polysomnography test too.
