Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I used to get this itchy feeling in throat and ears so i produce a stange sound through throat so that it goes off... this prob i have from young age. But now a days the freq is more and itchyness is strong. What could this be due to ?

Heavy coughing, running nose, yellow and hard mucous , feeling infection in chest. I was traveling regularly in dusty areas and sitting in ac for office hours..

My throat feels like itching .Suddenly i get hard dry cough when i try to cough i get sticky salaiva in my mouth, feels relief when spit multiple times.Wanted to know the cause of this problem becoz at times it get worst.Is this due to acidity or Infection? wanted to know the medicine about same.

I hear something sound in my ear .this problem from last 2 year. I thought it's normal sound but after sometime I got fustrate from this sound. Throat .I got lot of pain in throat .my tonsils get hurt when I eat something. And my nose when I breath  only one side of nose  I take proper oxygen other side blockage . My daughter often gets swelling in her tonsils and has terrible pain. What should to given to her for relief. Earlier an ent suggested to remove her tonsils

Hello doctor, While breathing from my nose when my left nostril is free then right nostril is congested..after some hours when right nostril is free then left nostril is congested.what could be the reason Symptoms 1) no headache, no mucus discharge from nose. 2)hiss  hiss sound like air moving in ear.
