V shape bumps on back of tongue

V shaped tongue coloured bumps same colour as tongue on the back of tongue. Mild pain and no bleeding or pain swallowing. It has been there from 4 days. Before that I smoked and drank for 3-4 days continuesly.

Allergy issue
