Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last one week my tongue looks yellowish and root of the tongue looks like swelling but it doesn't hurt...

I have been having severe pain in my throat,not able to eat well .sSometime it's a dry cough some times it feels like phelgm pain full cough. I have running nose. I feel feverish. I have done steaming n gargling twice. I have eaten two dose of azax 500 but do not feel much relief. Please tell me what to do. I have to get fine fast as I have important interviews scheduled in the coming days.

I have a ear pain which has Been reoccurring for a while. The same ear has flacky wax and I keep pricking it, which triggers the pain. Pl advise

There is one month gone this is now 4th time every week swelling in Thorat inside and paining then come cold and cough after taking medicine feel better for one week thereafter swelling again what should I do?

My 2 years 4 months old sun was admitted 2 months back for cough and high fever 103 F. Blood report showed pcv-32 6, mcv- 57.3, mch 17.8,  mchc 31.0, rdw-cv 21.5 , Hb- 10.1, Rbc count -5.69. Since then he is having cough problem and gets fever whenever the cough and mucus increases too much, also he was breathing fast when got fever last time.(got fever about 3 times in this period) we are consulting local child specialist continuously but the medication doesn't seems to help. Currently he is just taking saline nose drop and a vitamin A+d3 supplement. Mucus still souds when he coughs . Please help to reduce his cough so that he dont get fever again...

I have ear tragus pain since few days,i have shown to ent doctors and they said there is no problem and gave me neurobion coated tablets..i want  to know whether neurobion tablets are helpful for curing tragus pain,kindly help.
